This page provides information about Norwegian fish producers who work together to take care of culture and tradition in the Norwegian fishing industry. Norwegian fish is quality, and there are many different production methods based on long traditions. Norsk Tradisjonsfisk and Slow Food supports this. Together, we want to give information about this to the people both nationally and internationally. 

Presidium was created by Slow Food in 2000 to help the world's food producers directly. These small-scale projects objective is to guarantee a viable future for local communities by organizing producers. Together they search for economic outlets and raise the profiles of tastes and regions. The aim is to guarantee viable future for traditional food. 

BACCALA FROM MØRE AND ROMSDAL is a Presidium of Norwegian codfish that is produced in Møre (the midwestern coast of Norway). The four producers Olga Godø AS, Sigurd Folland AS, Odd Skarsbø AS and Rafael Dybvik ANS work together to develop new ideas for a viable future for this traditional product.
